Tiger Woods accidentally sent his club flying into the air as he lost his grip while hitting his ball out of the rough on the eighth hole in Thursday's first round of the US Open.
Woods made contact with the ball and was able to save par on the hole. Unfortunately, he sits near the bottom of the leaderboard after 12 holes at +6.
