A Chicago Cubs fan in the left field bleachers at Sunday's game at Wrigley Field tried to be a gentleman and protect his wife from a home run ball, but ended up getting doused with her full cup of beer.It happened in the bottom of the fifth inning as Cubs pitcher Travis Wood homered to left field. The man tried to protect his wife from getting hit by the ball, but accidentally spilled his beer on her. As the man tried to see where the ball went, his wife "thanked" him by pouring her beer on his head.
Fortunately, both of them were laughing about him afterwards. There's certainly no disputing that the man's wife got her payback.
