The Oakland Athletics will be giving away Yoenis Cespedes "La Potencia" T-shirts to the first 10,000 fans to arrive for Saturday's game, despite the fact that they just traded Cespedes to Boston.
Sure, it's a bit awkward, but what else are they gonna do? At least the A's fans can get their hands on a collector's item.
Besides, if the Rockies can get away with handing out T-shirts with their star player's name misspelled, there's no reason the A's should feel guilty about this.
