Timberwolves fans welcome Kevin Garnett back home (Video)

On Wednesday night, Kevin Garnett returned to the Target Center for the first time as a member of the Minnesota Timberwolves since being traded to Boston back in 2007.

After being drafted by the Timberwolves in 1995 and playing for the team for 12 seasons, Garnett clearly still felt a strong bond with the team, which probably explains why he was willing to be traded from Brooklyn back to Minnesota.

Based on the tribute video that the Timberwolves put together for KG for the pregame introductions, the team clearly feels the same way, and so do the fans, who welcomed him with a standing ovation.

Like LeBron James returning to Cleveland, KG proves the point that you can go home again.
