Al Horford ejected for elbow drop on Matthew Dellavedova (Video)

Atlanta Hawks center Al Horford was ejected from Game 3 of Sunday night's Eastern Conference Finals against Cleveland with a flagrant 2 foul after dropping an elbow on Cavaliers guard Matthew Dellavedova.

Horford and Dellavedova got tangled up going for a rebound during the first half. Dellavedova ended up falling down and rolling into Horford's leg, leading Horford to drop the elbow on him. Horford missed Dellavedova's head, but fell on top of him for good measure.

Horford was likely a bit sensitive about things after Kyle Korver was knocked out of the series after suffering a sprained ankle at the hands of Dellavedova on a similar play at midcourt in Game 2. Horford certainly deserved a foul, but did he really deserve a flagrant two?
