Ryan Johansen might not know his own strength. The Columbus Blue Jackets defenseman caused a delay in Monday night's game against Pittsburgh when his monster hit on Penguins defenseman Ian Cole knocked a pane of glass out of the boards.
The bottom of the glass was knocked into the lap of a kid sitting in the front row before falling forward towards the ice on top of Cole's back. Fortunately, everyone was OK.
Johansen made a nice gesture by giving one of his sticks to the kid. Talk about a nice Christmas gift.
