Puck bounces into Ivan Provorov's gear

Philadelphia Flyers defenseman Ivan Provorov found himself in the center of an awkward predicament in the final minute of Wednesday night's NHL game against Washington as play had to be stopped when the puck got stuck in his gear.

Provovov was chasing Capitals center Nicklas Backstrom as he attempted to take a shot on the empty Flyers net with the Capitals holding an insurmountable 5-3 lead with under 30 seconds left. Backstrom's shot bounced off the post and landed in some padding on Provovov's right hip.

It was a bit weird for a second or two as the players couldn't find the puck when it seemed to disappear. What are the odds it would have ended up in Provovov's gear?
