JR Smith hits shirtless at MLB All-Star Celebrity Softball Game 2019

Cleveland Cavaliers shooting guard J.R. Smith put on a show for the hometown fans in the MLB All-Star Celebrity Softball Game at Progressive Field, going shirtless for a first inning at-bat and hitting a Little League home run.

Smith came up to bat for Team Cleveland in the bottom of the first inning and didn't waste any time taking off his jersey as he approached the plate. As luck would have it, Quincy Brown, catcher for Team World, was wearing a T-shirt with a replica of all of Smith's tattoos, making for an interesting sight.

Smith hit a grounder past the shortstop and turned it into a stand-up double, then made it to third as Team World made a failed attempt to stop the runner crossing the plate. Smith then caught Jennie Finch off guard as he stole home while she thought the play was over. Finch tried to catch Smith at home, but her throw was wide.

Team World may have won the game in the end, but it looks like Smith and the Cleveland fans still had a fun night.
