Chance the Rapper has been getting a lot of positive buzz for his hilarious "Lazlo Holmes" character on SNL. Holmes is an MSG basketball insider who finds himself out of place when asked to cover other events, such as hockey and E-sports.
To that end, NBC Sports has jumped onto the Lazlo Holmes bandwagon, asking Chance the Rapper to interview actual NHL players as Lazlo Holmes. This week, he interviewed New York Rangers goaltender Henrik Lundqvist. Here is how it went:
Chance the Rapper did make an interesting point that Lunqvist looks like retired NBA star Steve Nash and retired soccer star David Beckham. There is a bit of a resemblance to both of those players.
