It happened in the eighth inning as D-backs left fielder Jason Kubel hit a line drive foul behind home plate, and the fan stood up and snagged it out of the air. No glove needed.
The fan's play earned him a "contract" from the D-backs television broadcast crew, which consists of four tickets to a future D-backs game plus a 30 percent discount off merchandise at the team shop.
